A large and unusual gilt brass five light eagle chandelier fitted for electricity. The turned, fluted and ribbed bulbous stem, hung from a leaf corona, supports five elaborately scrolled leaf applied arms which terminate in eagle heads holding the lights in their mouths. Each also has shades of glass drops and lustres shown in the second image. English, 19th / early 20th century.
