A pair of large Bronze andirons in the Baroque style. Forged and wrought in dark patinated bronze, seated on large scrolled bases the central features are two winged mythical beasts, between pairs of classical columns ascending in tiers with finials, scrolls, pans and foliate decoration at various levels. French mid 19th century.
